General terms of use

Must Network is the name of the platform. It is operated by the following company, which is your legal counterpart:

The application is designed and technically operated by Digital Tales, a studio based in Geneva, on behalf of that company. Digital Tales acts solely as a technical provider.

Must Network is a professional platform that makes the ecosystem of business clubs, networks, events, venues and providers visible, and that helps its members create and convert professional opportunities.

Must Network is not a social network. There is a Feed, where each member posts what they are looking for and what they have achieved, but there are no comments, no discussion threads and no ranking of members. The «like» button says thank you and counts for nothing: it never increases Relationship Capital.

Registration is free and requires no bank card. Each person creates their own account: Must never creates an account on someone else's behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and for the confidentiality of your login details. One account per person.

You remain the owner of what you publish. You grant Must Network the right to display it to other members according to the visibility settings you choose, field by field, from your profile.

You undertake to publish only accurate information: not to declare yourself a member or an officer of an organisation you do not belong to, not to announce a partnership or a result that does not exist, not to impersonate a third party.

Relational Capital measures what you bring to the ecosystem. It is calculated on our servers from dated and validated actions, it can be consulted in your history, and it can never be bought. No subscription, no offer and no payment increases it.

The scale and the tiers are public and may be recalibrated. A recalibration replays the entire history: nobody loses what they have built.

The following are prohibited in particular: fake profiles, fake testimonials, fake opportunities, fake partnerships, fraud, spam, harassment and any manipulation of the Relational Capital system.

The following are discouraged and may trigger checks: excessive self-promotion, repetitive posts without value, mass connections without any logic and exaggerated claims.

Any member may report a piece of content or a profile. Moderation decisions are reasoned, recorded and communicated to the person concerned.

Content that breaches these terms may be hidden. An account may be suspended for a set period, or closed. A sanction may withdraw Relational Capital units. In every case, nothing is erased from the history: corrections are added, they do not rewrite the past.

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy. The applicable framework is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), supplemented by the GDPR when you reside in the European Union.

The database, your credentials and your files are hosted in Switzerland, in Zurich. The application itself runs in the European Union, in the Frankfurt region, and the Companion assistant goes through a European provider. The full detail, provider by provider, is set out in the privacy policy.

Using Must Network is free at launch. Paid offers exist in the product but are not activated. No retroactive charge will ever be made: on the day the offers open, every member will freely choose whether to subscribe or not.

Founding members keep their full access.

Must Network does everything possible to ensure the availability of the service, without being able to guarantee it without interruption. Must Network lists organisations from public sources and does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by third parties.

Must Network is not a party to the business relationships formed between its members and accepts no liability as to their outcome.

You can ask for your account to be closed at any time, by writing to the contact address given in the privacy policy, without having to give a reason. We handle the request and confirm the deletion to you. We may on our side suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, informing the person concerned.

These terms may change. Any substantial modification is announced in the application, and your agreement is requested again before it applies to you. Each acceptance is kept together with the version concerned.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
