Badges that cannot be bought
Verification, membership badges and the « Recognised by » block never depend on payment. They are granted by Must or an authorised partner. A badge you can buy is worth nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes. Your billing space lets you change your card, download your invoices and cancel at any time, no questions asked.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. From “My account”, open your Stripe billing portal: that is where the plan change is applied, without a double charge.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, from your Stripe billing portal, the same place you change plans. The yearly rate gives you the equivalent of two free months.
What happens if I move down to a lower plan?
The change goes through the same Stripe billing portal, which applies the proration rule configured on the account. Either way, you never lose access for a period you already paid for.
How does billing work?
Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe, in Swiss francs. Your invoice is available at any time from your billing portal, with VAT calculated automatically for your situation.
How are the Must Academy discounts applied?
The preferential rate (49 CHF on Progression, 39 CHF on Acceleration, instead of 59 CHF) is calculated automatically when you register for a session, based on your active tier that day. No code needed.
